The Baseline Skills Assessment is a flexible program designed
to be more rigorous and methodical than is typical in either a
technical hiring process or during ongoing management of technical
personnel.
The foundation of our Baseline Skills Assessment is the Skills
Matrices we have developed and refined over the course of many
years and thousands of assessments of technical individuals. These
matrices address the skills and abilities required of the most
junior-level to the most senior-level individual across most disciplines
within the IT space.
We use our experience to identify the appropriate level of talent
required for a given function or team, and rigorously assess each
individual against the required level to understand strengths and
skills gaps and come up with appropriate remediation plans. Additionally,
we provide our clients with an understanding of how individuals
in their team and their team as a whole ranks against peers in
the industry.
Our methodology is consistently applied across the various disciplines
of concern and allows us to provide upper-management with objective
and normalized insight into the talents, deficiencies, gaps, untapped
value, and overlaps across their organization.
Finally, through this process you receive an unbiased perspective
identifying those top performers who would benefit most from investment
in their development because of their ability to learn quickly and
diversely apply knowledge. Next >>
