"What could go wrong, how likely is it to do
so, and what should we be doing about it?" Taos can take a holistic
or targeted approach to your infrastructure to help you understand
where your single points of failure are and what to do about them.
This is largely dependent on your priorities, what is mission-critical
to you, and how much you have to spend. We'll help you define those
variables and map our solutions to them appropriately.
If you have a Disaster Preparedness and Recovery Plan, we'll help
you ensure your infrastructure is compliant to it. If you don't
have one, we can help you define one. Our involvement in the process
can be as complete as you need it to be. We'll work with your management
to determine the priority of services, tolerance for downtime,
and cost of downtime. Taos will map those against the infrastructure,
and design the changes or additions which need to be made in order
to meet the goals (with your budget in mind). Then, we'll help
you articulate those changes in terms of ROI, and assist you in
implementing them as needed. We can also help you design test plans
for your DPR plan, and document all the procedures associated with
it.
