Supported Deployment

The Taos team began with one architect and quickly grew to an entire IT team designed to create the network and systems infrastructure for this newly independent company. Over time the contributors consisted of an Network and Security Architect, several Senior Systems Administrators with specialties ranging from Windows to Solaris, to Linux, to DNS, to LDAP, a team of Java and PHP Developers, and a team of Database Administrators who built the Intranet functionality for internal operations management. Taos provided professional support to the team and our client through input into designs, executive presentations, and team structure. Taos Staff Management, Technical Management, and Account Management worked closely with the client's own management and the team itself to help ensure timely delivery against objectives and to work toward creating a strong collaborative work environment. Beyond the successful launch of the new network and systems environment, the client leveraged Taos' detailed knowledge of the environment to augment their ongoing IT support staff as needed with Taos experts.

Taos successfully completed the separation for the client, on-time and within budget, and continues to flexibly provide on-site expertise as needed for ongoing IT support.
