The electronics division of a multi-national Global 2000 leader in interactive
entertainment software.
Problem
The client needed a way to flexibly augment their existing Enterprise Distributed
Desktop Support staff as their requirements evolve over time. The team's needs
range from Windows desktop support to senior Unix administration, data management,
and the maintenance of the network environments of the various work groups.
