Managed Engagement : Taos commits to specific performance goals and works flexibly with you to make sure the goals are achieved. Within Managed Engagements, there are two subcategories:

• Flexible Outsource: Taos takes responsibility for some or all of your IT environment and works flexibly with you to ensure goals are achieved.
• Professional Services: Taos takes full responsibility for a complete, well-defined project, start-to-finish.

Supported Engagement: Taos provides people to work on assignment under your direction. We provide appropriately skilled people, back-end support, and ongoing professional direction. You provide day-to-day task management and retain responsibility for ensuring that the work done matches your business requirements.
