Scorecard, Metrics, and Reporting

Operational Improvement Plans are met

No SLA or Operational Improvement Plan is truly effective without
the right milestones, measures, and metrics in place against which
to monitor performance. With traditional outsourcing relationships,
these are often nonexistent or lacking in detail, containing only
the bare minimum of metrics and reporting.
Not only will Taos work with you to achieve operational efficiencies
and ensure your goals are met, we will help you design the right
measurement and reporting plan against these. You will get the
reporting output that is most useful to you. It will contain the
detail you need, and will be provided on the frequency level you
require. Further, Taos will ensure that the engagement as a whole
will be formally, periodically, and appropriately evaluated against
a Scorecard tailored specifically to your Flexible Outsource engagement.
With these reporting and evaluation measures in place, we will know
exactly where we are against goals and the SLA. You and your management
