Just as spring is beginning to heat up, so are our recent engagements and service offerings. In this issue, we're showcasing how our Infrastructure Managed Services helped one client achieve a 100% resolution rate and 22-minute mean resolution time for monitoring alerts. On the services front, in partnership with Symphony Consulting, we're proud to introduce a full array of services in IT Procurement, Contract Negotiations and Supplier Management.
As much as we're excited about what we've been doing, we're also excited about who we've been working with. We're welcoming our latest addition to our OCIO team, Tim Campos, who joins us from KLA-Tencor. And, finally, Tizoc Spiers, a Senior Windows Consultant, provides insight into the pros and cons of Desktop Virtualization as it compares to traditional desktop deployments and server hosted solutions.

We also had significant relationships with all Unix manufacturers regardless of OS flavor and proudly serviced Sun, Hal, Fujitsu, DEC, Soulbourne and the like.
In 1992, Sun Microsystems introduced the Solaris Operating System replacing SunOS. This was a monumental shift for the company as they made a decision to move away from a BSD-based operating system and instead embraced AT&T's System V Release 4 (SVR4).
