Taos' Managed Services
Expands, Outgrows Current Facility

Since opening their doors in May,
Taos’ Boise-based Managed Services have
experienced such rapid growth that they have since run out of office
space. Currently located in downtown Boise with approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of
office space, the new facility will be at least 10,000 sq. ft. They are
in negotiations for larger space to accommodate for continued long term
expansion and are looking to move in April 2010. (Grove Hummert of
Thornton Oliver Keller is representing
Taos
in their search).
“We are
very excited about the growth of our Managed Services offering
headquartered in Idaho,” said Jeff Lucchesi, EVP and General Manager for Taos’ Managed Services. “We
chose Idaho
because of the depth in IT talent and a cost of labor which allows us to
compete with overseas companies. We plan on making a long term
commitment to Boise with our pursuit of a
facility which can support us for years to come.”
Although Taos is
headquartered in San Jose, California,
their Managed Services operate out of
Boise,
Idaho. Launched in May 2009, the
solution offering immediately generated interest from Bay Area companies
due to its ability to provide high quality service at competitive
pricing when compared to other offshore solutions. An ideal remote
infrastructure management solution, Taos’
Managed Services targets small to medium companies throughout the
U.S.
